It's been confirmed byMark Rein that UT3 PS3 will be 30fps.
Yeah, if you like the type of game and do not have a high end PC and have a PS3 and a keyboard for it, get the game! It should be better than Halo 3 graphics and control wise, although maybe not in fun factor.

Anyhow, doesn't matter, as even on the PC version the framerates will be "locked" at 60fps.
But the differences between the PS3 and PC versions don't stop there - have a look at the preliminary benchmarks for the PC:

That's Full HD and not BS 1080p.
Excelent framerate considering it's an el cheapo 8800 320MB.

Resistance is garbage compared to the two games. HL2 = UT3, and Master Chief sucks Malcome off while getting butt raped by Gordon Freedman.

I agree with that statement 100%, but please let me spell this out for you. I (and other people i'm sure) have absolutely no desire to build a computer that will be more or less useless in 2 years time to play new games. With a ps3 i can play what i'm sure will be a great game (UT3) with the right controls (kb & mouse) without having to pay up a new pc.
