Well title says it all, it's the first time i pick up a second console of the same generation. I got a Wii on release date and it's a fine machine but there are several dissapointments I don't wanna point out in this thread. And i got the PS3 primarily b/c of it's exclusives and RRGs, Beat'em'Ups and Action games.

So here I am. I got a PS3, SF4 and a second pad. I'm looking forward to getting my first single player game. I got some friends with PS3s too, so Uncharted and Folklore and Ninja Gaiden and MGS4 and GTA4 are out b/c i'm gonna borrow them. Now I'm looking at Valkyria Chronicles, Eternal Sonata and Star Ocean/Tales games and Darksiders/Sigma 2. I'm wondering what i should get. Please give advice and support me with games i could have missed wich are a must play!

Get Eternal Sonata and Valkyria Chronicles and wait for Demon's Souls and uncharted 2
and also totally forget about GTA4

Oh forgot something very important. Any good games i can play Co-op?

Also VC looks like a sure get, it only costs 20 bucks on amazon.

Among action games I loved Ratchet and Clank and Heavenly Sword, though the latter is despised by many and admittedly quite short. See if you can find it used or discounted.

As for co-op action, I had a blast with LBP but I don't know if it's your cup of tea...

if you like hack and slash :heavenly sword and DMC4 are good.ninja gaiden sigma 2 is also releasing in a few weeks.
