How much do y'all reckon Scribblenauts will sell?

400k, its advertised with a good strategy.

Huh? I hope u dont mean lifetime sales with that number..

There are several titles on the DS that are held in high regard on forums but don't sell extremely well.

See Henry Hatsworth, Contra 4, the 3 Castlevania titles, etc.

I think it will sell more than the million maybe 2 million, 5th cell previous game Drawn to life is a million seller without this much hype.

oh wow..I've been awaiting that game

BTW it was you who told me about that series in my "I GOT THE NDS THREAD"

I'm loving M&L:PIT!

Finally.. someone on this forum that likes Partners in Time.

Anyway, it's weird that Scribblenauts and Mario & Luigi are about 9 days apart in NA release.  If IGN reviews are anything to go by I'd suggest getting M&L before Scribblenauts.

Then again, I always thought Scribblenauts was a game that's selling on a gimmick so maybe I'm wrong.  I was sorely disappointed in Drawn to Life and I'm not sure if I wanna repeat that again.

I loved PiT, I have beated it like 7 times and it was my first M&L game but there isn't doubt that Superstar Saga is better.

Wait, there are people that don't like Partners in Time!?  How can this be!?

Yeah, like any Mario RPG game it's incredibly wordy and that can get a little old but it's still a fantastic game.

I was going to pick up Bowser's Inside Story today after getting the $15 gift card from Toys R' Us for Scibblenauts but they were out.  ;_;

yo scribblenauts looks so fun. Its the first DS game I've been jelous of as a psp only owner.

i think this is a good score. havent played the game yet but i will later today

looks like scrbblenauts is out of goty

I got the game..the E3 preview was more fun no doubt

the reaosn the game isn't as good : very longwinded tutorial

and the game stops being fun since you can't goa round and make what you want

you have to do a certain thing and a certain thing only

so..at some point...it just gets stale

I give the game credit for being creative, and I hope it sells well, but I won't be buying it.

Just doesn't interest me too much.

A little off topic, but I bought Bower's Inside Story from Toys R' Us this evening with my $15 gift card and I got another $15 gift card for buying Bowser's Inside Story!

^^

Also, has anyone figured out the puzzle where you have to power the gar?  I have no idea what the bubbles are coming off of it and I've tried everything I can think of.  I tried adding water to cool it down, I tried adding gas and a gas pump, I tried keys and car keys, I even tried attaching power lines to the car and the antena behind it.  I just don't know what to do on that one.
