I don't read anyone saying it's not crap. Just that they hope it's not as crappy as the original.

Regardless I have no interest in the game either way, I just wanted to know what extra stuff the ps3 version was gonna get.

Well... it was going to . I am happy for all the people who haven't already bought it for the xbox. I ordered my 360 when SE announced SO4 as an EXCLUSIVE for xbxo360.

I pre-ordered it and it is still shrink wrapped since I haven't finished 3 yet. I am simultaneously playing all 3 :). Maybe I can play all 4 ...

Battle system for Star Ocean has always been its best attribute in fact all tri ace games have good battle systems (and graphics).

I just wish they had announced it sooner so I wouldn't have bought the beta version. Now I have Eternal Sonata, tales of Vesperia, Star Ocean, The last remnant that I need to buy AGAIN.

360, DS, and PC - used for gaming

Wii - VNC and Wii-Ware mostly

PS3, LBP was ok. but to few RPGs announced that I can see, therefore everything is virtually covered by PC and 360 Very little interest in Resistance and Killzone..

i can think of a few reasons:

1) PS3 has been through a serious RPG drought as of late and they are proabbly willing to take anything at this point

2) PS3 version will probably have extra content like TOV

3) The PS3 version is likely to have the Jap VO option which will definitely help enjoy the game a lot better

and so at the end of the day the only flaw it will have is its story which in this case it can be forgiven thanks to its awesome gameplay
