Yes they have. They're English tracks with Japanese subs. KH, FFX, etc. did it with their International/Final Mix versions. It's the tradition and it hasn't been broken. They always use the most recent build of the game when they re-release it in Japan. The most recent builds tend to be the localized versions. |
Really now? I remember FFX International not being importable for me until it arrived in Europe because the game was in Japanese.
EDIT: Looking back, it seems I was partially right. All that I see do not have English text, only Japanese. The earlier International versions had no English in them what so ever.
Oh-hoho, if it wasn't for Magna Carta II to be exclusive to Xbox 360... well... meh... I'll be re-buying this for PS3 when an NA release is annouced, it'll be better on PS3 in all aspects.
Hope it has Online Battle, since Till the end of time did it they should do it with SO4 to exclusive to the PS3 version, that would own.

SO3 didn't have "online battle." It had a local versus mode and that wasn't that great.

Edit: Yeah, X got it. its pretty obvious what i meant by that though. >_>
With that said, if that does happen i'll have a match with anyone here, the Sephiroth in Purple has godly damage when the level gap goes to 255! :D

you dont have too, if it's true it have english text, you may just import it =).
dude, your 360 impulse buy sounding more and more like a mistake. :/
FFX Intl was actually the import friendly one except for there not being any point in importing unless you simply couldn't get it otherwise:
From http://www.rpgfan.com/reviews/finalfantasy10-intl/index.html:
The first obvious change is the language. Unlike more recent international editions, FFX is bilingual; menu and speech text can be freely switched from English to Japanese at any time, though voices are stuck in English, which stinks if you were looking to hear the Japanese voices (they were pretty good but not that much better than the English, I think).
Well, hopefully this won't be the case with SO4, and yeah I'm still waiting on the international version of Dissidia before I decide which one to get for that same reason. It's fair pointing out that SO4 western release didn't have anything extra on the japanese one so limiting to English voices because there is content that was never voiced in japanese isn't an issue.
