So... in light of the recent reaction to Sony dropping BC... Nintendo should too?
Wow. Just... wow.

Is there an underserved market for interactive pyshical training ?
This is the question. WiiFit is similar to Brain Training.

I always thought that gadgets were things that you could take with you.
I think this is good for the Wii fit :).
Also nice to see the Super Blu Player on number 10.

what? i don't understand people who care about BC.
i'm serious. i don't understand why people cared about ps3 BC. and for wii, it's even less of a concern.
whether they'll do it is another issue. i doubt it, but i don't see how it is at all funny.
the Wii is an epidemic.
Any proof? Not really.
That's the problem with trailblazer games: They SELL or they flop.
Nintendo will probably use word of mouth (ie give Alpha moms an early demo/copy of WiiFit) to advertise to non-"hardcore" gamers.
There is no such thing as a console war. This is the first step to game design.

I won't defend it from a consumer standpoint, but I will say this:
PS3 BC cost Sony $27 for the PS2 graphics synthesizer and $33 for the Emotion Engine.
GC BC costs Nintendo nothing.
It's a freebie for Nintendo. And there are some people who care.
