yes call sony it should work , mine isn't the pro duo its the magic gate same size but much cheaper, and it works on PSP.

Have you formatted it from the system menu first?
Also, does it not work completely or just for downloading and installing PSN titles (I've read some of the cheap knock-off cards don't actually support magicGate even though they have the logo).

i bought it off ebay and it's a sony brand.yea,i ve formatted it so many times. it would say i have 300 gb of space left sometimes. i've seen videos of ppl on youtube having the same problem as me
