I was really surprised by this game's sales. Sleeper hit of the year! 6 months ago I had no idea this game even existed. I guess coming out after The Dark Knight really helped it. :)

So here's the question: Is this game kicking ass because it's really good, because the Batman franchise is riding high after The Dark Knight, or some combination of the two?

I'd say it's a combination of the two. With a slight edge to the batman franchise riding high.
