Back in 2007 these projects were shown in Famitsu, since then, nothing.

Brave Arms - What appears to be a third-person action game in the vein of Ninja Gaiden. One man takes on an oppressive regime in revolt.
Chain Limit - A James Bond/Jack Bauer **** spy adventure type of game.
Second Season 01 - A first person, drama/sci-fi action title.

It seems that games are QTE, or some of them are, something like Heavy rain i guess.

they had fiscal year report back in March so they are not vaporware, and they are spending money on something, that is for sure

I read somewhere that Cellius is now focusing on non-game projects relating to the PS3. I think that they're doing some type of Anime-themed weather tracker.
