One week in December 2009 Xmas sales rush should be pretty close to 1 million PS3s sold for the week.
The week FFXIII launches is the week for highest Christmas sales so I'd guess being generous I'd look at...
Japan - 150k
Europe - 400k
America - 250k.
I can't see it exceeding 800k personally, it's pretty dam early to predict though. Imo I'm very generous with those numbers.
It will never sell enough in NA to reach a million.

week of final fantasy 13 in Japan and grand turismo 5 are the only potential million unit sell through periods (because you also have call of duty 6, assassins creed 2, uncharted 2, & ratchet and clank coming out in the same months as these two games).
