Finally listened to this little gem, oh man I wasn't expecting much but when the laugh started I busted out laughing.  But I believe what you're looking for Twes is the Raphus cucullatus aka the dodo bird, there's a reason why they went extinct, when you have a bird that sounds like that around you the first thing you do is kill it.

Dodo's were apparently the friendliest things ever

Well since like I'm late in joining the party but heres what I have to say about FF X:
I don't find the VA to be that bad, actualy, I think its "average" compared to JRPGs. The blitzball mini-game has to be the worst thing ever to happen in FF. I hate it. The first (required) match made me stop playing FF X for like couple of months. (I'm still not finished with the game, kinda on-hold, around 10hours in it). Well, thats about it. I don't like the story and characters much, but I like the sphere grid(thats how its called, right?) and the battle system is ok.

Oh right, I turned the volume down at the laughing scene so my brother and dad wouldn't hear it, hah.

Some of you act like if that Blitzball match took 3 hours to finish....

All I said was that I didn't like it. It has nothing to do with how long it takes.

Reading all the tutorials did.

It just seemed a little overwhelming.

I could care less anymore the dodo has been dead since the 17th cent. I don't know how it acts much less how it squawked it's all apart of making a joke.
