I thought the first season of Lost was brilliant but I feel it went down hill a little in the latter seasons. I would recommend watching it though as it's still better than most other programs.

4. Babylon 5

5. Rome

How is Family Guy in any way a good show?

Uhh, it makes me laugh my ass off? I'll admit the last couple seasons haven't been up to par, but I still enjoy it more than almost all newer comedies.

I'm giving 10 because I love too many shows and I can't exclude any of them.
