DS and PSP have been so good to me though.
I got mine primarily for MGS4 but God of War 3 was always in the back of my mind and I was looking forward to it when I got my PS3.
When I saw Galaxy, Prime 3 and Brawl that sold me on Wii, and they've all come out.
WII:
Some star wars game using 1:1 lightsaber controls: NOT OUT
Super Mario Galaxy: OUT
Zelda with true motion controls and clever use of Items (yes that was directed at you Zelda TP) NOT OUT
An amazing multiplayer FPS: NOT OUT
Metroid Prime 3: OUT
Smash Bros: OUT
A good Western RPG: NOT OUT (that I know of)
A 1:1 Medieval Swodfighting, Magic And Archery action game: NOT OUT
Xbox 360:
A next gen game that I would own before everyone I knew since I got it at launch: OUT
Halo 3: OUT
I LOVE ICELAND!
Yes, since I think it's pretty stupid to buy a console based on future games (or at least games further than a month-ish away).
Wii (launch) -- Rayman Raving Rabbids, Excite Truck, Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2, Twilight Princess, Warioware: Smooth Moves
360 (year after launch): Gears of War, Kameo, Dead Rising, Geometry Wars, forget what else.
PS3 (two years after launch I believe): it was free, didn't care.

Well, Tools of Destruction and Quest for Booty are both out, but A Crack in Time isn't.
However, since I didn't know about Q4B or ACIT when I got my PS3 (back in 2007), I have to say yes.

on our SNES -- Mortal Kombat was one of my FAVORITE GAMES....the music & evrything was ace!
It was like the BEST GRFX GAME EVER back then.....out of the ones I'd played, in my 3 or 4 year old mind at the time
But after that I forgot about mortal kombat!
