Seem as its coming out in 2009 gauranteed, i'll say Left 4 Dead 2.

Afterall, i played Left 4 Dead for 3 months solid when it was released, so L4D2 would easily see me in to 2010.

For me I believe it would have to be NSMB Wii cause I can see myself spending the most time with it. Though there are a LOT of things for me to choose from. If Starcraft 2 was still coming this year it'd be my first pick ;_;
