Reviews, previews and such helped with my choice, but ultimately it was the great community here that had convinced me.

You guys didn't let me down when convinced to get Valkyria Chronicles and I feel extremely confident they will deliver again.

I would say that Persona edges out Demon's Souls by a slim margin.

As for already released games, it would be Suikoden III. (Does anybody think that $60 CAD is a good deal for a new copy?)
