- When Miyamoto is asked about the playable characters in NSMB Wii, he says that the characters we've seen so far are the only ones that are playable. Those hoping for a Super Mario Bros. 2 reunion will have to hope that Miyamoto is hiding a secret! Miyamoto also reconfirms that the team is 'still working' on putting the Koopa Kids into the game.

- Miyamoto states that Super Mario Galaxy 2 is going to be tougher than the first, but don't expect more power-ups for Mario. While there won't be any new suits, there will be power-ups and new abilities for Yoshi...so I guess that's good enough! Again, Miyamoto reconfirms the element of slowing down time, but doesn't get into details on how often we will see that mechanic.

- How different will Zelda Wii be when compared to other Zelda titles? “I don’t think it’s going to be that radically different.”

I think the "not that radically different" is more in the lines of the crazy predictions the web has already thrown out there. Like Steampunk, Emo, and Hardcore Zelda

But we already saw a Galaxy 2 powerup with that Drill thing in the trailer...

The Drill is an item. Maybe he doesn't consider it a "powerup"
