The only thing that you said that's true is the bricking part which mostly comes from screwing up when downgrading firmware. Everything else tells me you have no idea what you're talking about and just regurgitate what you hear on forums.

yes thats true that the push is guaranteed for some weeks perhaps 3 weeks but when it starts to go back to normal its normal will have raised...so how do i put it

I'm sure it'd be good for a placebo bump in sales, but I highly doubt it will have a significant effect on sales. It will certainly not reverse the downward trend of the Wii. Only good games and a price cut would do that.

1. If they're releasing a new Wii, they should include a Harddrive in it (minimum of 60GB)
2. They should enable DVD playback.

4. I have a question. If we have a white Wii with Wii Ware games and VC games, we cannot transfer them to a new Wii can we.

when people bitched that the wii couldn't play DVDs, allot of Nintendo fanboys defended it saying that DVD players were dirt cheap, and that the wii is just a games machine, people then bitched because the Wii could technically be patched to support DVD movie play back, the Nintendo defence force again used the same excuse.

I wonder if this stance will change, when and if the Wii gets it's DVD playback functionality, should be fun to see.

If they do it, it better be free...but to be honest they shouldn't bother, the wii isn's a media center but then again it wasn't designed to be....in any case, if it's just an old school DVD player then what's the point?
ALL new DVD players can upscale, same for PS3 and 360, the Wii would still be left out, further enfisizing that it's not a multi-media machine.

Now if the wii brought Blu-ray to the table, then were talking....but I question weather the wii can even decode 1080p, or even 720p in software, since it lacks the hardware todo it.

Imagine something like this.

Black wii + 32 GB sd card + DVD player + 1000 bonus Nintendo Points + Black Wii Remote + Black Nunchuck + Black WM plus ... for just 250€! That would double the Wii's value for many people. And they can do the seme in a White version.

Wouldn't it be epic?? Maybe it would not cause a great boost initially, but long term this will convince many people buying a Wii!

And...remove the friend codes!!
