I think the Slim will do great this holiday.

It doesnt have to destroy the 360 or the Wii (nor do I think it will) to do well. It just need to start selling better than it has been and that my friends would be considered a good thing.

I do agree that some fans are predicting some crazy numbers though.....but that is ok. Honestly though, the WW economy is still pretty shitty, so unless people start crapping money, I don't see it closing the gap (as much as some are predicting) this holiday. I think we will see a large % of the numbers more next year.

You must of forgotten most of 2008 when the PS3 was dominating the X360 up until it got that big price cut.

It's all opinion what you said anyway you never really gave any reason why the X360 will do better then the PS3 when theres many reasons why the PS3 will outsell the X360.

There should be a boost for this weeks numbers then next weeks numbers will be the big boost.

Trust me, the PS3 will dominate once again.

Granted a hard drive is required for Xbox BC. But at least the feature is still there.

Like the 360 had? That must be why it went up from under the PS3's sales and shot past and stayed 20-30% over until now. I also think its bad form after 40 some posts to come in and call people 12 year olds when the responses weren't even childish.

I agree fanboys make the slim seem like a blessing, its not. It won't outsell the 360 this holiday.

Have the 360 and PS3 ever been the same price before? I would imagine if the PS3 can manage top beat it when it's more expensive half the time it shouldn't have issues at the same price point.
