i'm sure Okami was quite profitable for obvious reasons, but everyone was wishing it could sell more. It didn't do good on PS2 so it should be of no surprise though.

I'll be keeping an eye on spyborg anyway.

Really?  I think the controls are pretty good.

I second this.  I remember hearing about this when the game first came out and i really don't know what they were talking about.  You will, from time to time, have to redo one of the celestial brush techs but it's so quick it's not any trouble.  It's often more an issue of you figuring out what the game expects from you rather than anything wrong with the controls.

The only other issue is with the dodge........the dodge that you don't even have to use.

actually, I'm well aware of the Sven history and called him out before for talking crap. I just think Sven should be mentioned whenever Capcom says that Okami was a success
