Yep, the Capcom 5 turned out to be a big ol' kick in the keester for sure. 
And ironically enough, the last of the Capcom 5 was Dead Phoenix.
Since Clover has long been dissolved, I doubt this is going to be an announcement of a new game.
If it somehow is a new game, any console is fine, just no handhelds please. It was irritating enough having Valkyria Chronicles 2 announced for a handheld, I don't think I could handle an Okami DS/PSP. Since Clover no longer exists though, I'd be skeptical about the quality regardless.
