Aye.

The fact that this brainless frat-boy cavalcade of explosions, non-humor and concentrated stupid is becoming the best selling movie franchise ever makes me die a little inside.

This news saddens me.

Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible movie, just an explosion clusterfuck with no backbone. I mean what was the movies genre?

- A serious action film?
- A kids movie (stupid little twin transformers)
- A comedy (Tranformer at pyramid with metal testicles)

And where exactly do you get your facts from? Unless that string of adjectives was meant to describe Harry Potter, you're dead wrong.

i believe what the president of paramount said, that its a explosion/popcorn/effects movie and if u want a story then go see something else. transformers from the animated to the live-action movies are about the robots righting and some human elements and thats it. it seems the critics are ignorant of this fact. i am glad the millions of millions of ppl ignored the critics and saw this movie, because i want them to make at least the 6 movies that speilberg wanted from the start. :) i own everything that i can about the transformers from the toys to the movies/shows. also having the guy who supplied the voice of prime for the animated series as the live-action prime made this series even more awesome too me and my friends.

I liked the movie.

And so far the Story's fine with me. I watched to see some Giant Robot action along with cool smaller robot things, like that giant wild cat like robot, or the one that could transform into a female to get to Sam.

I walked out of the theater pleased.

4 ≈ One

Y'know, there was nothing good about the movie.

I love to watch action films and thrillers and things with excessive explosions. However that movie was just a fuckload of fighting and explosions without anything at all to string it together.

Doesn't come anywhere near deserving the box office takings it got and I think the next film in the series is going to be hurting because of it.

Fixed.

EDIT: Guess I should be relieved. Then again, the second movie has already grossed more than the first Spider-Man flick, and that's a damn shame.
