Forums - Gaming - Which version of Batman: Arkham Asylum should I buy?

I really thought I saw a news article saying the Joker content was coming to the X360 as DLC and sort of remember that thing being paraded on the forums, but I guess I'm wrong.

Hm. Maybe you have a foggy recollection of the exact opposite of that?

joker DLC is useles it's just playable character for standard Batman challenges - you aren't getting anything new(no new levels, challenges, story etc.) - and if i believe you still have to pay for this DLC. why even bother?

It's free, actually, and I think the rooms are specifically tailored for the Joker. Whether that's just a matter of changing the thugs for prison guards, I'm not sure.

^i've read that it's basically Joker as a playable character in standard Batman challenges and nothing more.

Yes, but he plays completely differently. You can't use Batman's gagoyle's so you have to sneak around on the ground

Both versions look the same with the slight nod to the PS3 version lol

But going by your points i think you have already made up your mind

Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!

Killzone 2. its not a fps. it a FIRST PERSON WAR SIMULATOR!!!! ..The true PLAYSTATION 3 launch date and market dominations is SEP 1st

The 360 version is no joke

@waron

If Joker DLC is useless, then what advantages does the 360-version have? That's right, nothing.
So I'll say go for the PS3-version, why miss out playing as one of the coolest cartoon villains, even if it's just a challenge room.

I picked up my copy of Batman at Walmart this morning for $38.83... on the inside cover it says, Play as the Joker, the batcave for PS Home, Behind the scenes, Arkham Asylum Trailers in Blu ray quality. Im guessing the 360 version will just have behind the sceses and the Arkham Asylum trailers in dvd quality, so no home and no joker.

If you get at walmart you get exclusve Armored Batsuit for both PS3 and 360 version...all i know is that which ever version you get you'll definately get your bang for your buck.

Ah. I was wondering what Wal-Mart's exclusive content was.
