Forums - Nintendo - Fatal Frame 4 Translation Patch Almost Done. Able to be used on bought game

If you do not have the homebrew channel how do you play imports (aside from getting your Wii chipped)?

Will the patch also bypass the region lock?

You can install a program that can run games out of region, and then delete the homebrew channel. Either way it is still homebrew. But technically if he asked if you need the homebrew channel, the answer is no.

@Bazmeistergen The answer to what?

If I can get this ro run legally, I will buy!

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

This is awesome i thought there was no way to play this game

Nintendo is the best videogames company ever!

Ninty fans are awesome.
if it doesn't happen they make it happen! (this is the same thing about the Older japanese final fantasies i remember someone doing this same thing)

Good news! I'll be ordering it once the translation is done.

Monster Hunter 3 has a similar translation that is done. Sadly one has to use a modded backup to play. Fine for those of us that imported it though.

XBL: WiiVault Wii: PM me  PSN: WiiVault

PC: AMD Athlon II Quadcore 635 (OC to 4.0ghz) , ATI Radeon 5770 1GB (x2)

MacBook Pro C2D 2.8ghz, 9600m GT 512 iMac: C2D 2.0, X2600XT 256

This makes me happy. Still, a western release of Fatal Frame would've made me more happy.

I'm confused. Is that somebodies username? If that is the case, nobody with that name posted anything in here.
