PHAIL.

actually I believe MontanaHatchet , durtysouthhustlah etc you'll find you yourselves deserve the
PHAIL as it fact the price in australia is dropping to $499

heres a handy hint since youve obviously only recently started using the internet, when a website ends in .au it means its australia

Study this page
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Country_code_top-level_domain
it might prevent you from PHAILing in future ;)

I'm at a loss for words. I didn't understand one thing in your post.

LOL, you got Cam'Ron in there. He's hilarious.

"So the next time you’re writing a PS3 flame-bait article in an endless quest for Web traffic: try and show a little restraint. After all, if it wasn’t for Sony, you almost certainly wouldn’t be making a living writing about video games."

Oh the irony, I love the jab he makes at Nintendo right at the end:

"If Nintendo can get by on broken shovelware and a fading sense of nostalgia, surely Sony deserves better treatment? I know which console I’d rather be playing, anyway."

They realised that they're not allowed to hate on any console other than the one selling least. So, between now and the beginning of September when the Slim launches, they have to fit in as much Sony hate as possible. Ignore it, it'll be gone in a little over a week.

Because when you're big they talk about you, when you were big and had taken a big tumble they talk about you. At least they aren't mediocre.

Tease.

1. Sony tried to sell a $599 console.
2. Sony lost many of its exclusives, some as high profile as GTA, Assassin's Creed, Final Fantasy, DMC and Tekken. And yet they expect us to pay $599 (now $299 finally) for their console.
3. Their first/second party isn't up to standards. Nintendo could afford to lose third party support cause they had Mario, Zelda, RARE, Star Fox, etc. etc. to fall back on. Sony's first/second party is just average.
4. Their lies and propaganda and false hype.
5. Them always trying to force their new worthless technology on us. The CELL and Blu-ray put the pS3 to astronomical prices and delayed the system relentlessly. Not to mention making it complicated to work on.

You would have been better of without some of this nonsense you posted. Have you got proof that Blu-ray was worthless? Your assessment of their 1st/2nd party studis/games is your opinion. The rest of the industry, thankfully, doesn't seem to agree with it.

The PS3's first/second party games are average at the most - at least not worth it to pay $300 for the console. Sony is the complete opposite of MS and Nintendo (who both have franchises that could keep them alive with ease - Sony has nothing).

And Blu-ray is worthless, optical discs are on their way out and it pushed the PS3 to cost $599 in the beginning, and what benefits? Yeah, so we don't have to switch discs.... I'd rather switch discs than go through 40 minute installs. Seriously. Metal Gear Solid 4 would've been better on 2 or 3 discs (original MGS was on 2 discs anyways), rather than watching Snake smoke and messages for 20 minutes.

I can see this is hopeless. You believe your stuff to be facts, which they're not. I'll refrain from furtering this, but just remember: TO EACH HIS OWN...

Carry on...

Apparently people agree cause PS3 games (and the PS3 itself) are dusting up at stores. Third parties made Sony (Final Fantasy VII, Tomb Raider, Resident Evil and Tekken made the PS1 popular, GTAIII, MGS2, Final Fantasy X made the PS2 popular), and now that almost all the major third party games belong to Microsoft now the PS3 has nothing.

  Whatever floats your boat.

Sony has nothing that makes it worth $299 at least.
