Forums - Sony - About GT, Porche and NFS

I was thinking that the other franchise that Porsche has signed with (that prevents GT from getting Porsche cars) could be NFS, seing as they made an exclusive Porsche game 9 years ago (which is still one of the bets ever driving simulation games, and has great damage representation :P), and also seing as Forza (which also has Porsche cars) is not as big a franchize as GT or NFS (historically), so maybe NFS (i.e. EA) included specifics about GT a long time ago in the Porsche contract, but not about other games.

Whant do you think?

Edit: Corrected Porsche and Forza, bun not in the title. Sorry for that.

I think you should have looked up how to write "Porche" and "Fortza" before making this thread

Yes, you are right, thank you for the "kind" heads up. It's corrected where possible.

Other than that?

yeah "Forzza" is still not correct.

Other than that I think NFS Porsche was boring at it's time.

i thought gran turismo had porsches , but they're call RUF in the game

at the OP it sounds plausible that a contract with EA has prevented them appearing in GT. But hey atleast its got RUF and they make some quick cars with their parts in the porsche bodies.

Ohkey, corrected again.

Boring as in not arcade, that's true. Not boring if you wanted to drive though.

As far as I understand, RUFs only look like Porsches, but they don't soud or drive like them.

Ofcourse we will be missing out on older Porsche models (924, 944, old 911s for example), and, the biggest loss, on the many fantastic Porsche race cars. *sigh*

Nope RUF are tuner cars based on various Porsches
