It might mean nothing, sometimes the dirt sheets blow stuff out of proportion.  Everytime a contract comes up, they do the same thing.  I remember everyone talking about Samoa Joe going to the WWE.  Might be a work, as well, like with Devon or Matt Morgan.

Yeah, though, I'd mark out like a little girl for AJ Styles against CM Punk or Daniel Bryan.  Styles is a top 10 wrestler worldwide, in my opinion.  He's fearless, his bumps are insane, and he's got some great moves.  He could show Cena how to do a Styles Clash, too.  Of course, they'd probably have him work mid-card matches against Khali as punishment for being in TNA, if they even offered him a contract at all.

Oh god Taz is bad. No wonder why WWE doesn't want him back.

I think Styles is gone. TNA's in bad shape. They're probably just hanging around until they run out of money.

Interesting to see this in the WWE.  I would guess it's Daniel Bryan's influence, as exchanging slaps is a staple of Japanese wrestling.  Even the girls slap the hell out of one another.  I've always thought that it's a good way to get the crowd worked up.

Maybe eventually it will move up a level to this (skip to 3:00).  It's not so much a wrestling match as it is a contest to see who is the toughest.  So stiff.

Cena needs to watch this if he wants to learn how to do a Styles Clash.  Absolutely awesome match.

Smackdown is on! WWE needs to bring back managers. Heyman is making Axel look like 100 bucks.
