Please choose NSMB Wii. It needs your support more than Trilogy does. I say wait for Other M then get Trilogy.

NSMBWii definently. It is fun, multiplayer and it is MARIO!

But i will get  metroid trilogy since it is 3 games and will last me longer. NSMBWii looks really good and i will probably get that sometime when it comes out!

If you want to play multiplayer with your mates  i recommend NSMBWii.

If you like to play Adventure games and play by yourself then Metroid Trilogy is the one for you!

I personally would pick New Super Mario Bros it will be an amazing title, however if you havent played Metroid Prime it will be worth getting it will last you for ages. It comes down to what games you like, Metroid is excellent but not everyone will enjoy it, while NSMB is a game pretty much for everyone plus it has multiplayer!

If you want both, here's my advice: Go for NSMB Wii first. It's not likely to go down much in price over the course of it's lifetime. Especially if (as Nintendo hope and plan) it becomes one of the ever green Wii titles. I think that's quite likely to happen.

I'd hope that Trilogy sells very well, too, but I just don't see it happening. It'll do decently, but a couple of months after release, the price should go down. Then, you could get an even better bargain (in three amazing games for less than the price of one game) and you may also be able to afford another game in Q1 for your birthday.

Obviously, nothing I've said will definitely happen, but I think it's a likely scenario, and if I were you, that's what I'd do. Plus, as others have mentioned, NSMB Wii will be a great game to play with family and friends over Christmas.

Whichever way you go, you'll make a good purchase.

I've encountered the same problem.

Solution: Buy em both. Why do you have to buy it in FEBRUARY? You won't have 100 dollars by Xmas?

If you've never played metroid, play it. it's a kickass game. oh and buy super metroid on the VC too : )

since you've never played metroid i would definately go with Metroid. Prime 3 is of the Wii's best offerings.

Get the Trilogy.

It's almost a better deal than The Orange Box.

actually i have $160 dollars right now and every month i get like approx. 20 to 30 dollars.... so buy xmas i will have a minimum of $240 dollars not counting august..... so i will have way more money its just that i try not to buy 2 games at the same time and because ever since my friend got addicted to halo on xbox his grades went down then ever and i don't want that to happen to me or i would be banned from video games....so it is basically schools time.... and i just bought wii sports resort so when school starts i don't buy any game until xmas but then in xmas i buy only 1 game and bsically i buy only 1 game every like 2 to 3 months so if i buy one in xmas i will have to wait until feb....only reason i can't choose to buy both games at same time and then not buy any on my birthday is because my parents get me a game like every 2 or 3 months and so i don't really spend my money on games and other stuff....i have to save it but if i were to use my own money i would buy both but my parents won't let me as they worry about my grades way too much.....so yeah...
