It would be kind of hard to do so if the PS3 version had superior cinemas and sound while the 360's version's cinemas and sound are compressed and not identical to the PS3's (or if the game is designed with the 360's limitations in mind so that we don't really get to see the PS3 version as good as it could be if designed as Kojima designed MGS4).
If the 360 is designed so that it provides slightly better in game experiences, then developers should take advantage of that fact when making 360 games. Likewise, if the PS3 is designed so that it provides better cinematic experiences, then developers should also have to take advantage of that when making PS3 games.

wat. I seriously have no idea what you trying to say.
Itagaki would be an idiot to quit a studio because he's sick of working on DVDs (especially since that studio is currently in the process of making two PS3 exclusives), only to open a new studio and make games on DVDs. Whether his next game is 360 exclusive or PS360 multiplat, if he's working on DVDs, your and Megamidnightroidgeek's lame little theory holds no water whatsoever.

Yeah, well Itagaki was the one that said he didn't like dvds in the first place in August of 2005
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/news040705itagaki
when discussing the fact that he wanted to put movies like his hd trailer for DOA4 from E3 2005 on DOA4 but was limited in doing so because that would take up 2 gigs of the disc's 9 gig space, so if he suddenly starts to make games on dvds again I guess that means he was either lying about not liking the dvds or he isn't making the games that he thought he would need hd-dvd to make.
