Both 360 and PS3 will likely be in the 200K-250K range the week of the price drops, because they will basically split the new customers between them

Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!! It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!! Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

400,000 to 600,000. Actually, I think it depends on supply. If supply exceeds demand, I bet the PS3 could sell 700,000, maybe 800,000.

Well, you've seen the number of orders for it and its high demand. Many people have been waiting for it but have been driven away due to the price. All the demand will explode now that is has reached mass-market price. I believe if Sony ships enough, they can reach 700,000+.

Doesn't make sense. There is already a $299.99 360 AND a $199.99 360. How will the Elite being $299.99 change much?

Dropping the price of Elite now is like keeping the same price of 60GB PS3 but replace it with the 80GB or 120GB PS3... lol.
