How the fuck does Nathan Drake discover the diary of Sir Francis Drake ? The coffin he discovered was supposed to contain his dead body but contained a diary in which there was information about clues on El Dorado and the map depicting where he is and where he actually died ( the last page) what had happened after he faked his death...

if the coffin was dropped into the sea after  he died in that island in his quest for El Dorado, how come the diary was in the coffin and he was not ?

Simply - how does francis drake's diary contain info about el dorado . the coffin was buried before the incidents in Francis's quest for El dorado began.. ?

There are certainly some plotholes in the game but seriously, don't you find it ironic that you think Uncharted story does not make sense Mr MetalGearSolid_4ever :D

Yeh...MGS story really doesn't explain the important parts like how did Snake get the mullet....it does not make sense I WANT TO KNOW!!!

the diary was stuff he had gotten from the Spanish. My bet is he would have put a copy there in case he didn't get the treasure while he was going after it. Otherwise why would Francis put it there since he didn't want the treasure to get off the island in the end.
I thought you were going to ask about how Eddie Raja could afford that many pirates? Or the Monsters? Or the explosives placed in places who knows when conveniently sitting there waiting? Or how about the monsters? Or how did Sullivan get out?
Or how did the pirates get into rooms you had to solve puzzles to get into? Or how are the puzzles reset if drake had come through there since I'm sure he didn't set some of them himself?
I still love the game but I just turn my brain off and let the happy world make its own sense.
