I don't really like Halo but this is deffinitley a good milestone to see an Xbox exclusive pass. It may very well be the only HD exclusive that reaches this number this gen.
Congratulations to Halo 3. And I always laugh at the people who people who hate Halo and act like complete elitists, not realizing that millions of people still have fun with the game.

Just because something may be generic doesn't mean it can't also be really well made. CoD 4 is as generic as they come, but still an excellent game. Halo 3 is less generic than CoD 4 because of the abundance of extra features like Forge, Theater, etc... so where does that leave us?
@topic: Congrats to a great game. Clearly it isn't selling on hype and advertising alone, if that were the case it would have stopped selling after 6 months.
It a pretty impresive number for any exclusive to get to. Never got into Halo and never really understood why people love it so much (played 1st 2 on PC and played 3 on my mate's 360 and found them to be pretty average for me), but I think Bungie and MS marketing dept. can celebrate.
Very impressive, I'm sure there'll be a Halo 4, the franchise is just too big to die.
