You, of course, were completely correct. I was drawn into the belief that this game would be something exceptional because of all the hype and the very strong support from ign. What I forgot to take into account is that this is HVS's first attempt at trying to make a fps for the Wii. For a first attempt, it aint half bad. They did do many things that were high tech for the Wii, but I think did not really know how to put it to good use.

Having said that, I hope that the game sells well enough for them to keep going with more games, as they should only get better as they go, both in the tech and art departments.

We discussed in another thread that he isn't even trying in regards to the Wii anymore. He just thows out whatever insults he can.

Definitely.  Watching posters get bent out of shape about it is even better though.

I actually stopped watching him after I began to find him predictable quite a while ago. I'd give this one a go except flash doesn't seem to be working on my computer.

Sure that's the reaction of some, but I still watch him and think he's funny even after he tore Valkyria Chronicles a new asshole.  People have to understand that he really isn't a reviewer, but more an opiniated comedian.  He hates 90% of the games he plays.

Well, I really like The Conduit but I still respect his views. And I still found the review funny.
