Wow, that's awesome!
Oh god, release Y3&4 in NA and EU! I don't even believe in Jebus, but it can't hurt.

Time to reboot the greatest (overall) Side scrolling beat em up series of all time. |
Man, I was on another site and someone called SOR a mundane series of games. I love them all. SOR is my favorite, followed by 3 despite it being near impossible to beat by yourself. What they should do, and it's so logical that Sega would never do it, is my a game that's basically Little Streets of Rage Planet where they give you a SOR3 quality beat em up, but also a level creator where people can make their own stages.
Those games were so great. The music was pure insanium, especially part 3. That boss fight against the 3 versions of the one ninja guy is like the best video game music ever. But yeah, SOR reboot is long over do. If they could just release SOR3 on XBLA and give it a level maker, that'd be more than good enough imo... just edit the difficulty. I read that the Japanese Hard became the US Normal, and it shows. That game is the definition of hardcore. You are expected to have read the manual and mastered all of the techniques starting with Level 1 and the game is going to throw enemies at you specifically designed to test everyone of those techniques. And if you play on easy you get the ending that's like, "I guess we'll never know what really happened... play again on a harder difficulty."
Too bad we won't be getting Yakuza 3 or its spin off.
The first step, of course, is to actually localize it, which they seem to be strangely reluctant to do. I mean, gangster games are all the rage over here. What gives?

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Yakuza 1 performed really badly and Yakuza 2 even worse. That's what gives.
