Forums - Nintendo - Monster Hunter 3 now confirmed to be Wii exclusive

Well, Nintendo just sold a couple million more Wiis. Sucks for PS3 owners in Jap. Too bad I get my monster hunter fix on my PSP. I love MHF but I guess I can't play it on my PS3 when I get one.

If a tree falls down in the forest and no one is around, does it make a sound?

Yes it makes a sound, it will be observed or heard by -something-. Everything has to be observed by at least something to make sure it happened.

 Get a Wii???

Fatal Frame which was a PS2 exclusive is now WII exclusive, Monster Hunter 3, what's next?? I'm very happy, finally 3rd party developers are showing serious interests in the WII, lets hope the games turn out to be good though. Oh well *gives her WII a hug and feels a Nintendo fanboy for a day*.

Anywho, this is great news, and hopefully will pave the path for other 3rd parties to tag along

Very good for Nintendo! Capcom could have opted for the PS2 as well, considering their reasoning.

PS2 is a dying console, Wii is the present and future.

Well considering how well the series has sold on the PSP, you think that it wouldn't be too surprising that its coming to Wii. Yet, developers have been slow to move their main offerings to the Wii. First the Fatal Frame series and now Monster Hunter, who knows what could be next. Whatever the case is, this isn't good for the PS3 in Japan. All eyes are on Konami and Square Enix now. Both companies have made critical statements about the PS3's sales and development costs. Namco made similar statements before subsequently announcing Soul Calibur Legends and Tales of Symphonia: Knights of Ratatosk for Wii and then announcing 360 versions of their previously PS3 exclusive titles.

EDIT: Now guys you know what Onna really meant. It seems you have some forum goers that want to be groped by you Onna, I'd invest in some mace

Not bad... but what's still missing is Square-Enix.
