Now regardless of whether or not you liked it (personally i was a massive fan), Star Wars: The Force Unleashed was a massive success, this is evident in the sales numbers and the continued support in the form of DLC, almost a year after release.
It makes me wonder, is there the possibility that we will se a sequel to the game? Again personally i would love to see it happen

What are your thoughts, firstly would you like to see a sequel?... and secondly do you think it will happen?

The plot doesn't exactly leave much room for a sequel. Then again, since when has that ever stopped George Lucas?

What do I hate about modern gaming? I hate tedium replacing challenge, complexity replacing depth, and domination replacing entertainment. I hate the outsourcing of mechanics to physics textbooks, art direction to photocopiers, and story to cheap Hollywood screenwriters. I hate the confusion of obsession with dedication, style with substance, new with gimmicky, old with obsolete, new with evolutionary, and old with time-tested.
There is much to hate about modern gaming. That is why I support the Wii.

It may retain the name Force Unleashed, but it doesnt have to be set at the same point in time does it? I just throwing ideas around here

Yeah, the plot wouldn't allow a chronological sequel, but I would like to see the gameplay polished and used for something else maybe. Or maybe LucasArts could just let something good stay good.

Hey, I'm up for some more Force Unleashed. Despite the many flaws of the first game, I had a ton of fun playing it. The only thing I'd ask for is more force powers (ala PSP version rather than PS3/360) because the powers didn't really make me feel like I was the ultimate sith/jedi badass. I think they could really get creative with some powers and make an amazing sequel.

Off topic, but I think it's about time we see some Battlefront III. I've been waiting for this game for a long time, and that leaked video from Free Radical... Well, I'm sad that they don't have the game anymore. Lucasarts made a bad choice in not letting FR finish up the game; it looked amazing.

That doesn't continue the canon story, just the false dark side ending, and it's not even really DLC. Well one of them is, the other is exclusive to a "new version" of The Force Unleashed called Ultimate Sith Edition. Yay paying $30 for DLC... At least I sincerely hope they release it at $30.
