since i played the demo am willing to trade this game for Prince of persia, assasin's creed and RedFaction Guerrilla.

The only thing that can go wrong with it now is if it is too short, would love for it to be 15+ hour

What's the surprise? It's looked awesome for a long time, and it now looks even more awesome after the demo...

I wouldn't call a high budget action game with one of the most famous characters around a surprise jsut cause it turned out good.

A surprise would be a gmae like Splosion man

The demo was fucking impressive. I'm in!

Im Fucking In. The last good Batman game was Batman: Vengence which oddly enough feat VA from Mark Hamil and Kevin Conroy who voiced Joker and Batman respectively who are reprising their roles for Batman: AA

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.

Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi

Honestly, how many good licensed action games are out there as opposed to bad ones? I'd say it would have been much less of a surprise if it had turned out bad.

It was made by Rocksteady, which has 55 people and it hasn't done single this gens game.

And Eidos is not known for quality(Kane and lynch, Tomb Raider Underworld)

Its licenced game.

And not so big budget compared to games like Transformers and Spider Man.

I apologize if I sound rude but some people are waaaay to stuck up when it comes to videogames. To them it has to be 93 at metacritic to even look at that game.

Tomb Raider Underwold is a fun game and only people that are the biggest cherry pickers will find enough things wrong with it not to enjoy it.

I agree that most movie titles are crap but there are lots of good fun licensed games...

Wolverine was very fun, Wanted is a fun shooter...and those 2 came out this year.

I'm sorry but I'm really getting tired of the whole "game has to score 90+ to be good" attitude. I had more fun with some games scoring 65 then games scoring 95...

Do you people have personal tastes or do you play what reviewers tell you to play like zombies?

With that said, I think Batman is going to kick ass and possibly have that extra level of polish that most licensed games lack. So yes, I retract my statement...it is a surprise. But the game was announced a year ago and has been tlaked about since. It didn't really come out of nowhere like games such as Blazblue.

In terms of Tomb Raider well we were all spoiled by Uncharted
