Just when I thought Nintendo fanboys had all the motives to party, Sony Defense Force strikes at full force. Please do not worry about the Wii, it is just a fad. Just enjoy your HD-hardcore-next-generation-real games. When the Wii stop selling (should take 1-2 months) the PS3 will pass its sales and never look back.

You cant compare the Wii to the playstation 2. The playstation 2 came into its generation being the market leader (after the PS1) wheras the Wii was behind the PS2 and Xbox in third place. The PS2 already had good games being designed for it from launch due to the fact that most thought it would be the next gen leader. The Wii has managed to sell without those excellent 3rd party games so far because the majority thought it would flop. With sales rising at a phenomenal rate, i will be very surprised if we didnt experience a complete shift of attitude towards the Wii over the coming years. In fact it may already be happening as Rab nicely stated.

And ssj12, this is some hilarious argument your putting up, keep it up, im at work bored, need entertaining.

The Wii just cant run games as Dead Space ,Prototype ,Jericho ,and well just about anything it is recently announced .In fact those games arent announced for the Wii .

Even if it had ports of those it would be mega-crap compared to the 360/PS3 games so nobody would buy those .

And as for MH it is a strange move from Capcom ,I still think it will appear on the PS3 as well and as the uber-superior version .The Wii version will look about the same as MOnster Hunter 2 for the PS2 after all .

All of the games you mentioned are from non-Japanese developers, and will have virtually no market impact in Japan (if they are even released there). You have to remember that Capcom is a Japanese company, and in the current state of the market, the Wii has the largest installed base and is constantly increasing that lead.
