I don't think these Ultimate Hits titles do very much.

As far as numbers. We seem pretty high in NA, but low in Japan. About even for Europe.

um, i found crisis core ultimate hits on media create from the week ending august 2nd and it ranked at #42, meaning probably somewhere between 1-2k. Hardly worth talking about. The shipments actually kind of imply it's overtracked in America and slightly undertracked in Japan.

I would not say it's overtracked in Americas, 10% of 770k is 77k copies, which means about 850k copies have been shiped overall in the Americas.
