Forums - Sony - What does Naughty Dog do after Uncharted 2?

I don't think they will release a new IP until next gen, 2 IPs is enough to be working on. May I point out last gen they only had 1 year between most of their titles, and the reason UDF took 2 years for only SP was they had to learn a new way of coding. This time they have put about 3 times as much content, and it already seems pretty complete. They have enough resources to release a game every year after Uncharted 2

A new J&D game first, and then think about a new uncharted

a real Crash Bandicoot again

uncharted 3

Check out my game about moles ^

Im not a fan of Jak and daxter but if they make one for ps3 Im cool with that but personally Im hoping for either a new IP from them (an awsome new IP like Uncharted) or just go on with Uncharted 3.

Around the Network

Uncrashed & Dexter 3

if not this, then a new uncharted inlate 2011

They could make Creehs Bondikeat, but Crash Bandicoot belongs to *shudder* Activision now.

Imo the best thing they could do (Assuming they have to have a 2 year cycle) is work on J&D for a 2011 release and support Uncharted 2 with DLC during that period. Then Uncharted 3 for 2012 when hopefully they've expanded their work force enough and have enough PS3 tech.

IIRC Naughty Dog has 150 employees. I'm not sure why you guys seem to think it's still some small dev team in someones basement. Naughty Dog is huge and made U2 in just 2 years. Not bad at all considering how long some other games have taken.

@ hellonearth, firstly Naughty Dog employ 90 people, and secondly Insomniac employ 180 and manage 1 game a year, so it is pretty impressive from both
