I don't believe in the PS3 Slim. So I would say just buy a new one. But clearly I'm a minority here.

well after my ps3 broke 2 times, im done with the current ps3, i say wait for the slim.

Get a new one now. Don't bother waiting for an unconfirmed product.

Slim, if revealed will be in under 10 days. Im sure you can last 10 days without gaming
Also, there is a possibilty of a Pricecut too... so you could get a Slim AND save money.

Don't wait for something that just might be a rumor that attempts to rebuild sony's decreasing popularity in this gen.At the same time, I would wait until the holiday season (as far as it is from now) for better deals on the PS3.

dont listen to these people who say not to wait. its really a win win. if u wait u could get a slim. if u dont u could get a brand new working ps3! (btw get the refund now)
