You may think it was MaxwellGT2000, since it has his name, but it was really Squilliam, the global moderator who is so global he can globally ban people, but he has to use the name of another mod, and in this case he chose Maxwell because Maxwell is the newbie mod and likes to ban people, so no attention will be drawn to Squilliam's global modship.
