Forums - Microsoft - Microsoft > Sony again

It is licensed music and was available some 3 odd years prior to LBP hitting screens. I personally do not associate any of that with LBP and would never have done in a squillion years. Then I have never played LBP and have only seen the adverts on TV.

So although this is familiar to LBP players in game I am pretty sure it was never used in advertising on TV at least.

If this had been copyright material owned by Sony for the express purpose of LBP then I think you have a point.

I think the adverts points to more important things mainly that they are now talking up live as being free. Which of course it is but conveniently missing out the bits that are not. This seems to tie in very nicely to the spine of the new 360 SKU which also now boldly claim live is free.

Also it is the first salvo of marketing the new features which seems early so me as they are now due for a couple of months.

@ the title, how is it "Microsoft > Sony again"? Shouldnt it be Microsoft = Sony cause they now have the same song, or in fact Sony > Microsoft cause Sony has the song and LBP? lol.

MS is probably like "okay we got the song, now all we need is now is LBP" lol

Microsoft doesn't need LBP. The new avatar games on Xbox Live are a great way to have a good casual experience.

Well they are right, I hear that song and immediately start shaking my head and thinking of LBP... I love the song, and when thinking of LBP, I hear that song, so M$ advertising is making me think of PS3 exclusives!! And the advert itself is quite funny
