The definitive evidence that video games turn people into mass murderers

Have you tried signing on to Xbox Live to play? Even if your account is just a Silver account, if you sign on to Xbox Live, no matter what console you are on, your game will see the license and then work.

You can still get DD. Just look into it a bit further, rather than calling XBL service horrendous.

I'd be nice if you did research on the problem before wildly accusing Microsoft and XBL of things.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

To kill this thread once and for all, I had the same problem. I tried to go through my purchase history on Xbox.com and Double Dragon wasn't there. I contacted Microsoft, and the guy showed me how to go through my download history via my 360. I got the game. The customer service was excellent. I even sent the guy and e-mail telling him that if I could, I'd hug him!

Another bashing thread by SkeeUK who seems to spend enough time on the internet to trawl news site constantly for negative Microsoft news but mysteriously cannot find a simple fix for a problem that took me 1 minute using Google. Seriously it's getting old now.

Also it's not a horrendous service until you give the provider a chance to react via their customer service channels, had you not got any solution from Microsoft then fair enough but you've jumped the gun in your desperate effort to bash them.

Pen and Teller could fill an entire episode of Bullshit! with Skeeuk's posts.

This thread needs some pictures displaying Skeeuk's failure at life.
