5) Tiger 10. No disappointment, no criticisms. I haven't played it since Tiger 07, and man has it come a long way - this is the golf game I dreamed about when I first played Wii Sports golf in 2006.  This will be the sports GOTY, no doubt.   MLB The Show and Wii Sports Resort might take a magazine or two, but Tiger on Wii will win the majority of them.

Still to play: Pikmin 2, Grand Slam Tennis, Punch Out, Ghostbusters, and Boom Blox Bash then I'll be all caught up, unless someone thinks I'm missing something between May and now. I missed you Wii!

PC + Wii owners unite.  Our last-gen dying platforms have access to nearly every 90+ rated game this gen.  Building a PC that visually outperforms PS360 is cheap and easy.    Oct 7th 2010 predictions (made Dec 17th '08)
PC: 10^9
Wii: 10^8

Holy crap!

Do you pirate, or have you really bought $400+ worth of software all at once?

Umm lets see. The good Wii games have yet to come out check out the Wii threads they do a good job.

NINTENDO

nintendo forever . . .

I haven't had any bugs in single player Conduit.

And yes, Tiger 10 is brilliant, it's only flaw being incredibly lazy graphics (seriously the water doens't move?)

I haven't played Wii since I lost mine in April, so after finally buying a new one, I was excited to catch up on the last 4 months of console gaming.

1) The Conduit

A glitch with a door not opening prevented me from getting past level 2.  I spent an hour walking around that damn airport only to find out via a strategy guide that it wasn't my fault I was stuck.

I predicted this game would get a 70 metacritic rating, and even though the moderators here locked my thread for "trolling",  I was right.  I have no interest in playing it further after that glitch, and I'm not too excited about multiplayer either.  I was impressed at all the controller configuration, but in the end, it just feels like a wanna-be PC game.  I want an FPS that is truly designed for Wii, with motion and all, and Red Steel 2 looks to be heading in that direction,

ummm, pretty much always everyone noted that The Conduit is really a online game or just for people who want good ol classic crappy linear level designs. (heavy bias against bland level design).  TC also doesn't really need to do more with Motion. Really the controls are meanr to mimic PC for previously console players. PC players should pretty much avoid this game. I have no idea why the game bugged.

Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.

I seem to remember it was more an issue of tone, rather than overall message. It was a trollish thread then, even if it was right. I mean, we can have a thread about "What went wrong with Wii Music," or we can have a thread about "Why Wii Music sucks hairy balls"

Often tone matters a great deal.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I sold my copy of Conduit for WSR. Best trade-in of my life. COD WAW Wii fills my FPS needs.

Grand Slam Tennis is the other game I am playing a ton of. This game is really good.

Tiger 10 is waiting for me but I cant stop playing GST, WSR and WAW.
