1. Real Life: It's like I'm actually holding a gun!
2. Mouse & Keyboard: It's like a fast paced Point and Click adventure. Not a fan of WASD though.
3. WiiMote: It's like you're holding an actual gun/arm cannon/proton pack. Point and shoot. Analog movement is nice.
4. DS: More Point and Click goodness, but with the occasional hand cramp. Not a fan of Control pad movement.
5. Dual Analog: Analog movement is nice, but other than that... um... er... *yawn*.
6. PSP: Analog nub! *shakes fist*
7. iPhone: Heh...

Xbox360 controller > M&K > PS3 controller>>>>>>>>>iPhone

These are the only one's I've ever used, but I've got Metroid Prime trilogy on preorder, so we'll see where the Wii controls come out.

I also am surprised to see that PC users are using the 360 controller for their gaming, must be okay if they haven't thrown their hands up and gone back to M&K.
