We've all said that it'll happen, that since profit is the thing that most developers care about, they will develop on Wii first, then port to other systems. Has it started? When will the "deluge" of such games begin? Why hasn't PS36C games been developed for wii first, then ported, considering that many do not run at a resolution marginally better than 480p(Modern warefare 1+2)? Discuss.

I don't think it will, third parties developing for Wii really should focus on making exclusives for the system.

Not gonna happen. Main games developed for wii are either gonna be exclusives, or a different version.

Shouldn't the Wii get the games first, most big multplat games are 360/ps3 anyway. And it would be easier to make the HD version first then port it to the wii?

I don't think that will ever happen tbh, its easier for devs to do the HD graphics and downgrade them for Wii than do Wii graphics and then have to redo them for the HD consoles.

More effort was put into Tiger Woods 10 Wii than the XBOX 360 and PS3 version.

Instead of making it on the wii first, third parties are starting to scrap that idea and just make completely different build for the wii instead.( i.e Ghostbusters, Madden)In my opinion is so much better for the wii in terms creative decisions and content differences and will help both versions instead limiting each other.

Rayman Raving Rabbids was a Multiplat game that got a Wii focus first.
And Grand Slam Tennis is going to do the same!
