We've all said that it'll happen, that since profit is the thing that most developers care about, they will develop on Wii first, then port to other systems. Has it started? When will the "deluge" of such games begin? Why hasn't PS36C games been developed for wii first, then ported, considering that many do not run at a resolution marginally better than 480p(Modern warefare 1+2)? Discuss.
