And 2009 becomes less and less impressive with each new delay.

There will be like 10 or so games I'm buying in Jan. and Feb. 2010.

They're listed as the developers on the PS2 version as well. But that's still IGN, perhaps I could find different info somewhere else.

Edit: found some info that maybe Idea Factory made it.

Looking at Wiki, it seems that Soriku is right, but RED does have a fairly large stake in it. They do all the licensing for the titles and help publish it.

For this particular installment of the franchise Idea Factory developed it, atleast the Wii version.

Though I think the original version was made by the VC Sega guys and the port is being done by Idea Factory.

Well, I don't know what to think of that. Sega didn't want to put on Wii themselves?
