It's GTA and it's coming to retail. Nuff said. I think it'll sell around 500k first week and 3 million lifetime. Maybe more if Microsoft really advertises it. Don't know the DLC figures but I think it'll outsell the DLC versions.

It depends. Is the disc self sustaining like the Rock Band Track Packs or do they require GTA IV to play them? If it's the former, I can see this doing quite well at retail. If it's the latter then this will probably sell less than it does over Xbox Live.

It's supposed to be a standalone game.

Smart move on their part. 2.5-3 million lifetime is my prediction granted it makes it out for this holiday.
But will people buy it, if they already have The Lost and Damned or just download The Ballad of Gay Tony from XBL?
1 million people bought The Lost and Damned in the first 2 months from Xbox LIVE.

If they advertise it, it will sell, or place ads on the dashboard.

I will buy this. I will probably will be one of the few people that will get this and not the original DLC.
I think around 2 million. Just because of the fact that it has already been released on Live
