It was started here, I know that much. In the Sony camp and it was a pretty well-known user. I'm guessing it was either Seraphic, Megaman or Leo-J.

Yep, they lifted it from Halo as a semi-taunt when it looked like PS3 was going to overtake the 360. It lost all taunt quality a while back though...
